Privacy notice

This notice explains what data the site uses, where it lives, and how you can control it.

Your learning data stays in your browser

Progress, favourites, the wrong-answer book, theme and language preference are stored in your browser’s localStorage. Nothing is uploaded and there are no accounts. These records do not follow you to another device or browser.

Clearing site data in your browser settings — or using “Clear local data” in the profile page — deletes everything.

Advertising and cookies

Some pages display third-party advertising, which helps keep the site running. Ads are served by third-party ad networks; we do not create or select the ad content.

Ad networks may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to record your visits to this and other websites, in order to count impressions, cap frequency and measure performance. That data is handled under each provider’s own privacy policy. We cannot read it and we do not receive your identity from it.

Reducing ad tracking

You can block third-party cookies or clear them regularly in your browser settings. Ads will still appear, but they will be much less related to your browsing history.

Most major ad providers also offer an opt-out from personalised advertising in their ad settings.

Analytics

The site may use aggregate traffic statistics (page views, referring region) to understand which content is used. These are not used to identify individuals.

Third-party links

Friend links take you to third-party sites. Their content and data practices are their own responsibility.

Minors

The site is aimed at students and does not actively collect names, phone numbers or addresses. Minors should use it with a guardian’s guidance.

Changes

If advertising, analytics or other services change, this notice will be updated. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated notice.
